Water Efficiency in Industry: Advancing Circular Water Strategies

Singapore, 5 August 2025

The Nordic countries and Singapore are recognized for their strong commitment to environmental stewardship, supported by robust policies, advanced technologies, and innovative water management practices. Both regions have a shared emphasis on the role of circular water strategies as a key enabler of resilience, efficiency, and sustainability across industries—supporting broader national and corporate sustainability in driving resilience, efficiency, and sustainability across industries.

We are delighted to have hosted "Water Efficiency for Industry: Advancing Circular Water Strategies", in partnership with SGInnovate, which brought together experts across the Nordic-Singapore ecosystem to discuss on topics related to innovation, industry, and sustainability.

👏 Starting the session , we are honored to have opening remarks from Danish Ambassador Jakob Brix Tange.

💬 Followed by a panel discussion moderated by Antony Gibson (Director, Water Technology, Ramboll), alongside our panelists: Kunli Goh (Principal Research Fellow, Nanyang Environment and Water Research Institute (NEWRI)), Laurine Lim (Commercial Director, Aquaporin A/S), Nils Ove Husby (Director, Arctic Circle Solutions), and Ted Howland (Vice President, Group Sustainability, CapitaLand Investment).

🤝 We would also like to thank our audience for joining us and for their active participation in sparking new discussions & conversations.
