On the occasion of a Nordic healthtech delegation to Japan this fall, we are co-organizing a seminar followed by a reception at the Swedish Embassy to connect stakeholders of the Nordics and Japan.
Japan and Nordics are a perfect fit in healthcare and life science. Japan is home to many large and mid-size pharma companies and a very large healthcare market whereas the Nordics are an innovation power house. By linking the two together we aim at creating new Nordic Japanese collaborations, investments and market entries.

今秋の北欧ヘルステック企業訪日ツアーに合わせて、スウェーデン大使館にてセミナー及びレセプションを開催します。
北欧では、世界トップクラスのライフサイエンス企業がイノベーションをリードしています。北欧各国でスタートアップが成長する要因として、産官学連携による研究開発費の支援ほかに、ベンチャーキャピタルや株式市場からの資金調達が多くを占めているということが挙げられます。特にスウェーデンでは、2017年から2021年のIPOによる資金調達が英国より上回っています。
当日は、セミナー会場とレセプションで、北欧企業の代表者と直接対面して交流や情報交換を行うことができます。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。
