On 27 March, Nordic Innovation House - Singapore, together with Lorong AI and Business Sweden, co-hosted an event spotlighting AI initiatives across the Nordics and Singapore.
Both the Nordic countries and Singapore are emerging as strong hubs for AI innovation, supported by advanced research ecosystems, active startup communities, and strong government strategies. This event brings together researchers, practitioners, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders from the Nordics and Singapore to exchange insights, showcase AI applications, and explore collaboration opportunities.
Emcee-ed and moderated by Amanda Alkemark (Business Sweden), the panel discussion on “AI in Practice: Current Technologies, Research Initiatives and Industry Applications from the Nordics and Singapore” explored how AI is being developed, translated from research to industry, and scaled across sectors, highlighting practical use cases and shared priorities across both ecosystems.
