2023 Showcase of Nordic solutions in sustainable & energy efficient solutions
Singapore, 24 October 2023
Aligned with the Nordic region's ambition to emerge as the world's most sustainable and integrated region by 2030, we hosted an event on 24th October to exhibit Nordic sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for the built environment.
We had pitching and booth setups from our companies:
• Aalto University, an innovative research university with a national mission to strengthen Finland’s innovative capacity through first-class research and education
• AINS Group , a pioneering Finnish engineering office that paves the way in construction engineering, architecture and consulting work.
• Citynomadi, a provider of wayfinding solutions, offering digital quality corridors for sites beyond the Google Map information.
• Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries, representing around 3000 Finnish construction industry related companies in industrial policy, technical matters, industry development and labor market matters.
• Grundels Fönstersystem AB, a Swedish company which saves energy and reduces noise by upgrading glass windows to double or triple-glass.
• Helvar, who creates intelligent and energy-saving lighting solutions to improve the wellbeing of occupants within the building and helps you to achieve your sustainability targets
• Uponor, a global pioneer in intelligent plumbing and sustainable climate solutions, designed for public, commercial, industrial buildings and hotels.
• Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development, who runs various sustainability programmes in Asia, including the Aalto Executive MBA in Sustainability
• Peikko Group Corporation, a global forerunner in slim floor structures, wind energy applications and connections technology for pre-cast and cast-in-situ construction
• ABB, a technology leader in electrification and automation, enabling a more sustainable and resource-efficient future
• KONE, a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, making the world’s cities better places to live
The event was also graced by Finland’s Ambassador to Singapore, Juha Markkanen.
