The call for applications for Dimension X (DX7) by Hatch has just launched from 14 Jul 2025 - 14 Aug 2025.

Hatch, the innovation centre of Singapore’s Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX), has worked with over 60 start-ups from around the world and across different sectors/domains to solve challenges and seed innovative capabilities for public safety and security agencies under Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs.

For DX7, Hatch is specifically looking for innovative technologies to address these challenge statements:

• Retrofit existing response vehicles for safe and reliable supervised autonomous operations

• Multi-fleet autonomous vehicle management with teleoperation control

• High-speed, close-range immobilisation and interdiction of vehicles within dense environments

• Next-generation mobility platforms for rapid aerial emergency response to remote mission areas

• Intelligent pro-active detection and disruption of online scams

• Automated proactive context-aware cyber threat analysis for next-generation SOC defense

• Enhancing decision-making through explainable AI to synthesize insights across diverse data sources

• Autonomous detection of hidden illicit substances in vehicles

• Measure and benchmark carbon emissions avoided through early firefighting response

• Digital representation of complex crime scenes for evidence tracking, spatial awareness and analysis

• Out-of-the-box - Seeking highly innovative and impactful technologies relevant to public safety and security

Start-ups selected for the Dimension X program will receive:

• Non-dilutive funding of SGD100K to develop a proof-of-concept (POC)

• Close collaboration with real-life end-users from public safety and security agencies and scientists/engineers from HTX

• Facilitated testing and validation of technologies in real-life public safety and security operating environments

• Networking opportunities with Singapore’s global start-up ecosystem (e.g. other start-ups, investors, corporations, government agencies, potential technology and business partners etc.)

• Opportunities to showcase technologies to globally leading public safety and security agencies and other potential end-users/customers

• This is a unique opportunity to co-develop your technologies alongside real end-users and validate potential product market fit with a potential customer in a short span of time.
