The call for applications for Dimension X (DX6) by Hatch has just launched from 10 Mar 2025 - 4 Apr 2025.
Hatch, the innovation centre of Singapore’s Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX), has worked with over 50 start-ups from around the world and across different sectors/domains to solve challenges and seed innovative capabilities for public safety and security agencies under Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs.

For DX6, Hatch is specifically looking for innovative technologies to address these challenge statements:
Digital identification and reconstruction of fragmented objects at incident sites
Hands-free, immersive real-time multi-modal situational awareness
Real-time dynamic traffic prediction at checkpoints
Maritime communications network for multi-node manned and unmanned assets operations
Autonomous dynamic multi-drone orchestrator
Real-time adaptive audio enhancement in complex environments
Active body cooling technologies for first responders
Non-invasive detection of objects on a person
AI video analysis and summariser agent
Real-time heads-up display for firefighter operations
Out-of-the-box - Seeking highly innovative and impactful technologies relevant to public safety and security
Submit your proposals through this APPLICATION PAGE! Start-ups selected for the Dimension X program will have:
Non-dilutive funding of SGD100K to develop a proof-of-concept (POC)
Close collaboration with real-life end-users from public safety and security agencies and scientists/engineers from HTX
Facilitated testing and validation of technologies in real-life public safety and security operating environments
Networking opportunities with Singapore’s global start-up ecosystem (e.g. other start-ups, investors, corporations, government agencies, potential technology and business partners etc.)
Opportunities to showcase technologies to globally leading public safety and security agencies and other potential end-users/customers
This is a unique opportunity to co-develop your technologies alongside real end-users and validate potential product market fit with a potential customer in a short span of time.
