Organised by CHI and supported by Temasek Foundation and Ministry of Health, CHISEL is a cross-cluster platform that convenes the Singapore public healthcare system to accelerate the adoption of market solutions from start-ups and SMEs. CHISEL provides an end-to-end process that matches market solutions to public healthcare needs and provides centralized funding and standardized evaluation to catalyse adoption.
Since CHISEL Start-up and Enterprise Link (CHISEL)’s inception in 2021, CHISEL had proudly welcomed almost 1,500 participants from 88 countries worldwide. Fully funded by the Ministry of Health and Temasek Foundation for the upcoming run (S$3M for test-bed projects), start-ups and SMEs can look forward to receiving between S$300,000 to S$500,000 each for solution test-bedding with one of the three Singapore healthcare clusters – NHG Health, NUHS and SingHealth.
