While business leaders understand the relevance of gender equality and diversity and inclusion to their bottom line, few companies have yet to find sustainable solutions to address large gender gaps in the workforce. This not only hinders innovation, productivity and team performance -- but also limits the development of inclusive products and technology accessible to all end users.
In partnership with the Nordic Innovation House and the Berkeley Haas Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership and hosted by Ericsson, this workshop will examine the strategies and measures that companies and other actors in Silicon Valley have successfully put in place to enhance gender equality in the workplace and ensure that innovation is diverse and inclusive. This event will go beyond highlighting the business case to leverage new research and practical strategies to create a diverse workforce that is more competitive.
