Join us for the Nordic Academic Meetup with a fireside chat on the topic AI in the service of humanity.

Nordic Innovation House-Silicon Valley is all about collaboration and building bridges. We bring together the most passionate entrepreneurs, and corporations and investors looking into finding new innovative solutions, and researchers working on building better societies.

Join us for the Nordic Academic Meetup! The evening will start with some inspiring words from the host and partners, followed by short presentations by AI researchers and an interactive fire side chat.

We close the evening with drinks and snacks, in a magical summer mingle setting.

This event is hosted by Nordic Innovation House in collaboration with FARIA, SIREUS and the Research Tech Frontiers.

The Finnish-American Research and Innovation Accelerator (FARIA) is a strategic network of Finnish higher education institutions, which serves as a platform to enable concerted and joint action of universities and other relevant stakeholders in Finland and the United States. FARIA is jointly coordinated by Aalto University and the University of Helsinki.

SIREUS is a platform for increased talent mobility and knowledge exchange between Sweden and the U.S. in innovation, science, and entrepreneurship. This is a collaboration between The Swedish American Chambers of Commerce (SACC-USA) and 13 Swedish universities, focuses on knowledge exchange in innovation, science, and entrepreneurship, as well as talent mobility for students and researchers between Sweden and the U.S.

The Research Tech Frontiers is a collaboration led by Swedish IndTech in collaboration with Nordic Innovation House and Vinnova. The purpose of the Research Frontiers network is to facilitate collaboration and research partnerships between industry and academia in Silicon Valley and Sweden. Its goals include promoting the exchange of experiences, contacts, and knowledge among the participants, as well as fostering joint initiatives and co-creation by bridging various stakeholders. By connecting and leveraging resources from these regions, the Research Frontiers network aims to drive innovation and promote fruitful collaborations between academia and industry.
